Summary
This study tested whether a dressing made from a child's own blood (platelet-rich plasma) helps heal heel injuries from motorcycle spokes better than a simple saltwater dressing. Sixty children aged 5 to 12 took part. The goal was to see which method leads to faster wound closure and better healing.
