Summary
This study will compare two add-on treatments—platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and nanofat injections—given alongside standard hair transplants in 30 men with stable male pattern baldness. The goal is to see which method better improves graft survival, hair density, and thickness. Participants must be between 20 and 50 years old and not have used recent hair loss treatments.
