First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study tests whether injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from a patient's own blood can improve erectile function better than the standard drug Caverject. Sixty men with moderate to severe erectile dysfunction will receive both treatments in a crossover design. The goal is to see if PRP offers a safe, natural alternative for improving erections.
