First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests if injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) from a man's own blood can improve erectile function better than a standard medication (Caverject). Sixty men with moderate to severe erectile dysfunction will receive both treatments in a crossover design. The main goal is to see how many men achieve a meaningful improvement in their erectile function scores after 24 weeks.
