New combo therapy trial aims to revive Men's sexual health

Summary
This study is testing whether a combination of two treatments—platelet-rich plasma (PRP) injections and shock wave therapy—can improve erectile function in men with moderate ED. Researchers will compare the combo therapy to placebo treatments in 116 men to see if it's effective and safe. Participants will receive several treatment sessions over 9 weeks and have follow-up checks for 6 months.
