Summary
This study is testing whether injecting a woman's own concentrated platelets into her ovaries can improve egg production during fertility treatments. Researchers want to see if this approach helps women who typically produce very few eggs during IVF. The trial will measure whether participants get more eggs, have better hormone levels, and achieve higher pregnancy rates after the treatment.
