Fertility breakthrough? platelet injections may help women produce more eggs

NCT ID NCT07282314

Summary

This study is testing whether injecting a woman's own platelet-rich plasma into her ovaries can help improve egg production during fertility treatments. Researchers will enroll 142 women who have previously produced very few eggs during IVF cycles. The goal is to see if this approach can help women with poor ovarian response have better chances of pregnancy.
