Summary
This study tested injections of platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and hyaluronic acid for people with a painful jaw joint condition called internal derangement with reduction. Twenty-two adults who had clicking, pain, and limited mouth opening received the injections. The researchers used a special jaw tracking device to measure changes in jaw movement and pain. The goal was to see if these injections could help control symptoms and improve jaw function.
