Summary

This study is looking at how well Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) injections work for people with long-term tendon pain in the knee, Achilles, elbow, or foot. Researchers will track 2000 adults for 12 months to see if PRP reduces pain and improves function. The goal is to find out who benefits most and if it's safe.
