Summary
This study tested whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP) can improve tendon healing in people with rotator cuff tears. Forty adults having arthroscopic repair received PRP or standard care. Researchers measured tendon structure changes using Movin and Bonar scores, plus collagen gene expression.
