NCT ID NCT07255391

First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study tests whether platelet-rich plasma (PRP) made from a patient's own blood can speed up healing of severe grade III ulcers. About 50 adults with ulcers that have not healed for at least two weeks will receive weekly or biweekly PRP applications directly on the wound. The main goal is to see if the ulcer size shrinks over 30, 60, and 90 days.
