Summary

This study looks at whether a polygenic risk score (PRS) can help predict the chance of developing ovarian cancer. Researchers will compare the PRS of 1300 Italian women with and without ovarian cancer. Participants will fill out a questionnaire and give a blood sample for genetic analysis. The goal is to see if PRS, along with other factors, can improve risk prediction.
