Summary

This study compares two types of radiation therapy for people with nasopharyngeal cancer that hasn't spread. One uses protons, the other uses standard photons. The goal is to see if proton therapy causes fewer side effects and helps people live longer without the cancer coming back. About 504 adults with stage I-III disease will take part.
