New protein shot put to the test in malnutrition patients

Summary

This study is testing a new protein shot designed for people who are malnourished or at risk of it. About 40 adults with kidney disease or a need for extra protein will take the supplement by mouth or feeding tube for 28 days. Researchers will check how well patients tolerate it (stomach issues) and if they like the taste and texture.
