Summary

This study looks at whether giving protein all at once (bolus) or slowly over time (continuous) helps critically ill children ages 1 to 11 maintain weight and muscle better. Researchers will measure arm size and use ultrasound to track changes over two weeks. The goal is to find the best way to support nutrition in the pediatric intensive care unit.
