Three-Way prostate surgery showdown: which laser cuts recovery time?

NCT ID NCT07410390

Summary

This study compares three different surgical techniques for treating significantly enlarged prostates (over 80 grams) in men whose symptoms haven't improved with medication. Researchers will track 105 participants for one year to see which method—bipolar resection, diode laser ablation, or holmium laser enucleation—leads to faster catheter removal and better overall outcomes. The goal is to determine which approach works best for controlling this common condition.
