Summary
This study compares two surgical methods for treating an enlarged prostate that causes urinary problems. About 120 men will be randomly assigned to receive either bipolar enucleation (BEEP) or standard transurethral resection (TURP). The goal is to see which method provides better symptom relief, patient experience, and cost-effectiveness over 12 months.
