New trial tests drug combo for Tough-to-Treat prostate cancer
NCT ID NCT06894511
Summary
This study is testing whether combining a targeted radiation drug (lutetium) with a hormone therapy drug (ARPI) works better than the radiation drug alone for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to standard hormone treatments. About 420 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the combination or the single drug. The main goal is to see which approach better delays cancer growth or death.
