New drug combo tested to control advanced prostate cancer
NCT ID NCT07287150
Summary
This study is testing whether a new two-drug combination (inavolisib plus enzalutamide) works better and is safer than standard treatments for men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread and stopped responding to hormone therapy. It will enroll about 100 participants whose cancer has progressed after one prior hormone-targeting treatment. The main goal is to see if the new combination delays cancer growth longer than the current standard options.
