Double radiation attack aims to tame advanced prostate cancer
NCT ID NCT07354594
Summary
This study is testing if adding a targeted form of external radiation to a standard radioactive drug treatment can better control cancer that has spread to the bones. It will involve 120 men with advanced prostate cancer that has stopped responding to hormone therapy. The goal is to see if this combined approach safely reduces bone complications and improves outcomes compared to the standard drug treatment alone.
