First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 12, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This early-phase study tests a precise radiation technique (stereotactic radiotherapy) in 18 men with advanced prostate cancer that has spread to bones or lymph nodes and is no longer responding to standard treatments. The goal is to find the largest total volume of tumors that can be safely treated at once, with the hope of delaying severe pain or complications. The study focuses on safety and tolerability, not on curing the disease.
