Scientists test new prostate cancer imaging drug against existing option

NCT ID NCT06516510

Summary

This early study compared two radioactive drugs used to image and treat prostate cancer that has spread. Seventeen men with advanced prostate cancer received both drugs in a random order. Researchers measured how much radiation reached tumors versus healthy organs like kidneys to see if one drug might be safer or more effective.
