Summary
This study aims to understand why prostate cancer eventually stops responding to standard hormone-blocking treatments. Researchers will analyze small tissue samples and blood from 30 patients with advanced prostate cancer before and during their hormone therapy. The goal is to find early signs of treatment resistance and identify potential new targets for future drugs.
