New weapon against aggressive prostate cancer enters human testing

Summary
This study is testing a new drug called FG-3246 for men with metastatic prostate cancer that has stopped responding to standard hormone treatments. The trial aims to find the best dose and see how well the drug works at slowing cancer growth and controlling symptoms. About 75 participants will receive the experimental treatment to evaluate its safety and effectiveness.
