NCT ID NCT05009290

First seen Apr 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tested whether adding the drug SHR3680 to standard hormone therapy could improve outcomes for men with high-risk prostate cancer before they had surgery to remove the prostate. The trial was stopped early, but researchers were looking at whether the combination led to no cancer remaining in the surgical specimen and longer time without cancer spread. About 391 men were planned to join, but results are not yet available due to early termination.
