Summary

This study aims to understand if a prostate cancer drug called lutetium vipivotide tetraxetan is safe for men whose kidneys don't work well. Researchers will measure how much radiation the drug delivers to organs and track side effects in 20 men with advanced prostate cancer who have normal, moderately impaired, or severely impaired kidney function. The goal is to determine if kidney problems change how the drug behaves in the body and affects the heart.
