New drug cocktails tested in fight against spreading prostate cancer

Summary
This study is testing several combinations of the drug niraparib with other cancer treatments for men with metastatic castration-resistant prostate cancer (mCRPC), a serious, advanced form of the disease. The main goals are to find safe and effective doses and to see how well these combinations can shrink tumors or control the cancer. The trial involves about 136 participants and is currently active but not recruiting new patients.
