Summary

This study compares two biopsy methods—standard systematic random biopsy and MRI-ultrasound fusion biopsy—to see which better detects clinically significant prostate cancer in African American and white men with elevated PSA levels. About 288 participants will be enrolled. The goal is to improve diagnostic accuracy and reduce unnecessary procedures.
