NCT ID NCT07222423
Summary
This study analyzed French national hospital records from 2015-2022 to understand how common PIK3CA-Related Overgrowth Spectrum (PROS) disorders are in France. Researchers examined data from over 3,600 patients to learn how often these genetic conditions occur, how they're managed in hospitals, and what healthcare costs are involved. The goal was to gather information to help improve future care for people with these rare growth disorders.
