Summary

This study compares two common anesthesia drugs—propofol and sevoflurane—during a type of eye surgery called cyclophotocoagulation. The goal is to see which one keeps eye pressure more stable and causes fewer heart-related side effects. Forty adults with cataracts will take part, and their eye pressure will be measured repeatedly during the procedure.
