Summary

This study will compare two methods of giving the sedative propofol during a type of endoscopic surgery called ESD. The goal is to see which method better protects breathing and helps patients wake up faster. Fifty adults having ESD for early stomach or colon growths will take part. The results will help doctors plan safer sedation for these procedures.
