Brain surgery drug interaction under the microscope

Summary
This study looks at how the drug mannitol changes the amount of propofol (an anesthesia drug) in the blood and urine of patients having brain tumor surgery. Forty adults will take part: half will get mannitol during surgery, and half will not. The goal is to measure propofol levels to better understand the interaction, not to treat a disease.
