Summary
This study looked at whether giving a small, non-sleeping dose of propofol just before waking patients up from nose surgery (rhinoplasty) can reduce confusion and restlessness during recovery. 80 adults aged 18-65 took part. The goal was to see if this simple step improves patient comfort and satisfaction after anesthesia.
