Summary
This study is an observational registry for 572 Italian patients with Philadelphia-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPN). Its main goal is to collect information on how the disease and its treatments impact patients' quality of life, symptoms, and daily functioning. No experimental treatments are given; participants simply fill out questionnaires over time.
