Summary
This study is testing a new hospital coordination system designed to help patients with head and neck cancer start their follow-up radiation therapy faster after surgery. Long delays between surgery and radiation are common and linked to worse outcomes. The system uses automated alerts and special coordination for high-risk patients to try to get more people starting radiation within the recommended 42-day window.
