Summary

This study tests a 12-week, fully remote program designed to help Hispanic adults over 55 become more physically active. Researchers will compare the program to a general brain health education group to see if it boosts confidence, habits, and social support for exercise. The goal is to help participants meet recommended activity levels and reduce sedentary time, potentially lowering their risk for Alzheimer's disease.
