Summary

This study compares two treatments for plantar fasciitis, a common cause of heel pain. One is prolotherapy, which uses sugar water injections to help healing, and the other is shock wave therapy, which uses sound waves. The study will include 60 adults with heel pain for over 3 months and measure pain and foot function over 12 weeks.
