Scientists test new vaginal ring to understand hormone delivery
NCT ID NCT06668896
Summary
This early-stage study aims to measure how much of the hormone progesterone from two different vaginal rings gets into the bloodstream over two weeks. It will enroll 60 healthy, postmenopausal women who will use the rings and have their blood drawn regularly. The goal is to gather basic information about how the body absorbs the hormone from this new delivery method.
