Personalized hormone boost aimed at IVF success
NCT ID NCT05555121
Summary
This study is testing whether adjusting the dose of a hormone medication (progesterone) based on a patient's blood level on the day of a frozen embryo transfer can improve pregnancy rates. Women with low hormone levels would receive a higher dose, while those with adequate levels would stay on the standard dose. The goal is to see if this personalized approach leads to more ongoing pregnancies and fewer miscarriages compared to the standard one-size-fits-all dosing.
