Summary

This study aims to see if a drug called Progerinin is safe and can help control bone density loss in adults with Werner Syndrome, a rare genetic disorder that causes rapid aging. Up to five participants will take the drug twice daily for one year. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also looking for early signs that the drug might help bone health.
