First seen Feb 15, 2026 · Last updated May 19, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a three-week productivity training program can reduce job stress and improve how nurses feel about their productivity. About 70 nurses will take part, with half receiving the training and the other half not. Researchers will measure stress levels and productivity attitudes before, right after, and a few weeks after the training to see if it helps.
