Health coaches boost veggie access for diabetes patients

Summary
This study looks at whether a community health worker can help people with type 2 diabetes and low income use a program that gives them free fruits and vegetables. About 116 Hispanic adults in Connecticut will take part. The goal is to see if having a health coach helps them eat more produce and better manage their diabetes.
