This study tests whether a specific probiotic mixture can prevent allergic diseases in breastfed infants who received antibiotics within their first month of life. Researchers will give the probiotics or a placebo to 400 babies and track allergy development, gut bacteria changes, and growth over one year. The goal is to see if probiotics can restore healthy gut balance disrupted by antibiotics and reduce allergy risk.
