This study looked at whether a daily probiotic supplement could support emotions, thinking, and immune function in stressed teens. About 100 adolescents aged 12-20 with moderate stress took part. Researchers measured mood, memory, attention, and immune markers in saliva. The goal was to learn, not to treat or cure any disease.
