Summary

This study looks at whether taking oral probiotics can improve period pain and premenstrual symptoms in women. About 150 women with regular cycles and moderate-to-severe pain will take probiotics for 4 menstrual cycles. Researchers will track changes in pain, mood, sleep, and overall quality of life using standard questionnaires.
