Gut-Brain link: can a simple supplement boost aging memory?

NCT ID NCT07410052

Summary

This study is testing whether a 12-week course of a specific probiotic combined with a special form of vitamin B2 can improve memory and brain function in older adults who have noticed some mild memory problems. Researchers will measure changes in memory tests, sleep quality, and brain activity to see if supporting gut health can benefit the brain. The study is designed as a rigorous, placebo-controlled trial to get clear answers.
