Summary
This study tests whether taking a probiotic supplement can help healthy Chinese adults maintain a balanced gut microbiome and feel better physically and mentally during a short trip to Europe. Forty participants will receive either the probiotic or a placebo for 7 days. The goal is to see if probiotics can prevent travel-related gut and respiratory issues.
