Summary
This study tested whether taking a daily probiotic blend for 12 weeks could reduce pain, fatigue, and cognitive issues in women with fibromyalgia. 97 participants were randomly assigned to receive either the probiotic or a placebo. The goal was to see if improving gut bacteria could help manage fibromyalgia symptoms through the gut-brain connection.
