Summary
This study is testing if adding a probiotic supplement to standard pulmonary rehabilitation helps people with COPD. Researchers will measure if it helps patients gain muscle, lose fat, reduce body-wide inflammation, and improve their ability to walk and breathe. The trial will involve 60 participants who are already in a lung rehab program.
