Summary

This study is testing if taking an oral probiotic pill can make a newer combination of cancer drugs work better for people with muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot receive standard chemotherapy. Researchers want to see if the probiotic helps patients keep their bladder longer by improving how well the drugs control the tumor. About 146 participants will receive either the standard drug combination or that combination plus the probiotic for one year, with regular check-ups to monitor the cancer.
