Summary
This study looks at whether taking a multi-strain probiotic for two weeks can reduce stomach and gut issues that female athletes often get during intense exercise. Researchers will measure gut health markers in the blood and stool of 30 trained female rowers. The goal is to see if probiotics can ease discomfort and improve gut integrity during training.
